White Desert by Bridge For Africa Foundation. Zulu Wire Baskets are handcrafted by Zulu weavers living in rural South Africa. These artisans combine traditional weaving with modern-day material to create unique artwork. This collaborative fusion of past and present enables more than 700 Zulu families to gain the dignity of work and self sufficiency while maintaining rich artistic traditions.
